I made an order ,#DF-43912 (a pair of shoes) 2 weeks ago, they still haven't shipped it. It's only about seriousness and this store does not have a bit.I DON'T recommend buying there.Edit: the order was never shipped, and was canceled 2 months after the placing. DON'T BUY HERE.
Shipping a bit slow due to Covid virus affecting logistics that was forced to shut down after the lockdown, they are still organizing the warehouse, and its has impacted on all pending orders. They have informed me of this throughout the process. Just need to have patience. All messages were answered timely, thanks.
**update:After positing this review they offered a full refund but still have NOT refunded me**Update (6/10)its been 30 hours since i was promised a full refund within 24 hr and I have not received any updates or refunds. **update6/12I have been refunded 2/8 orders and have been promised a refund for the other 46/19 updateStill no refunds. I will be starting a lawsuitI will be filling a lawsuit after 30 days. If anyone has had the same issue please respond to this comment and I may be in contact with you to pile evidence against dope factoryI will update this review if I receive tracking information.

I changed my review. Dopefactory sent my shoes today after a month if purchase. They are located in Italy so they are working under extreme conditions due to covid. I was worried I wouldn't receive my order but to be fair dopefactory responded to every email. Plz, if your item is taking forever to get shipped just give them time. They will send it out.
UPDATE 25.05.2020Received my refund; apparently shop changed ownership and most of its staff. Hope the best for them and that they rebuild their previous reputation.They now have my vouch and wishing the best for them****************************Ordered a pair and returned it same month (February 2019 - twenty thousand nineteen) never ever received my refund despite having reminded them thousands times by mail.AVOID THEM AT ALL COST
After exchanging several emails about backlogged order I was being told that order will be despatched soon. In the end I got frustrated in seeing items being restocked but none of my orders being sent out. By this point I written a bad review, opened PayPal case and informed customer service about my actions. After I seen Dope Factory reply to a different review where they explained due to coronavirus their logistics were running at a limited capacity... Dope Factory also replied to my heated email and explained things a bit more clearer that products are being sold because of them being uploaded onto system which is being picked up by monitors when meant to be hidden. Finally have just received shipping confirmation of one of my orders so I think the best course of action is to have patience and if any orders are placed then expect substantial delays as with most stores.
I feel very good about my shopping experience at dope factory. The order will be confirmed the next day after the order is placed. The delivery will be confirmed on the third day. The order will be received one week later, and my order is very large, so I feel very satisfied with this efficiency. Keep going
