Do not use this service..run!!!

#75278 I am now emailing this so called service daily as following my order placed in August I am still fighting to obtain the final pen..email after email sent and only the same regurgitated response returned. This is just the worst company and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They can Improve by supplying the goods I have paid for!!!

Unwarranted delays

The time delay for prescription to be approved was several weeks. Numerous auto texts asking for the same information even after confirmation that info had been received. I had to send numerous e- mails requesting updates and then receiving the same standard reply about waiting for approval.
