I just moved up to .5 my glp1, for the past 2 days I’ve had horrible nausea, sulfur burps, diarrhea which smells like sulfur, chills, and burning in my stomach. They quickly gave me the right treatment as soon as I arrived and I am back home feeling better now. This clinic is a complete best place! They will deliver your order right time.
Never had a refund from them after saying they will give me one as I’ve not had my medication they turned me down. That’s 2 weeks later, other companies give it u back 24 hours later. Please don’t use these they are dodgy people and keep your money, I’ve emailed and still had no response
Iv been using dr Franks for afew months now, always been a positive experience, I needed an appointment with a nurse for my prescription quite promptly, they offered me one for the same way, my appointment was with a lady called Sharon, who within 5mins run through every and got it sorted, thanks again 5stars from me
After being on Mounjaro for 7 months I decided to use Dr Franks. Big mistake!!! When trying to inject my second weeks dose my pen wouldn’t budge forming a little balloon at the top which consequently popped. I immediately contacted them. Was told to send it back and now they are saying it’s user error and excessive force was used. When I complained it was escalated. It’s been a week and I’m yet to hear back. If this was my first pen ever I could say ok maybe it was me but after almost 8 months I’m pretty familiar and comfortable using them. I am disgusted at the way they have dealt with this and would 100% say “Stay away”. To them it’s a pen and paper£163 in their pocket. To me it’s sacrificing and going without things I need just so I can have the surgery I need.
I have no communication with anyone so far , I have called many times and emailed no reply. I cant understand how can a business mot respond to their patients and not keep them updated ? However money is taken e en before its confirmed that I have been accepted and left us hanging to think is it scam or real - my order was placed on 23rd Nov and its Dec 7th today , no one has replied to mail or picked my call . Awful service , wont recommend to anyone
What has happened to dr franks????? A whole year I had been with you , then paid for an order on 27 th oct and nothing has arrived I have emailed constantly and every reply I have got and not many have been answered has told me different information about my order , no one answers the phone I am currently seeking legal advice to get my money refunded, please be very wary ordering from this firm now they have changed dramatically very quickly !!!!!!!
I would have given no stars had that been an option. It was a comedy of errors from beginning to end. Went through the process to order three lots of Monjaro, in increasing dosage, as this brought the price down to a reasonable rate. Waited…….and waited……and waited. Tried several times to contact them, sometimes holding for almost an hour before abandoning the call. When I eventually got through, I was told my order had been lost in the queue. I was then promised next day delivery. The next day I was contacted to say my order was waiting for someone to approve it, but it would be with me the next day. I got a tracking number and followed its progress until Royal Mail confirmed it had been delivered…….to an address 200 miles away. Again on the phone for ages to speak to someone. No one knew what was going on so I emailed escalations (complaints). They responded saying they would look into the matter and get back to me later that day. No contact! I emailed the complaints team to say cancel the order and refund me. They agreed to do so. After 5 days I still had no refund so emailed again and the reply assured me they had processed the refund. I got it today, 5 weeks after starting the process. In the meantime I went back to MedExpress and got my delivery within 24 hours. Avoid this outfit. I think they’ve bitten off more than they can chew.
