I would give them 0 stars but I can’t - this company is the worst scamming company ever I never received my medication on going 4 weeks and I still have no refund up to £300 they are saying they are waiting to claim of Royal Mail when Royal Mail have sent back to sender they would be no need for them to claim money off Royal Mail and not refund me they don’t reply they are so rude over the phone they have no manager the company is a whole lie.
Do not buy from them. They have the worse customer service. They do not respond to emails or telephone calls and it can take up to three weeks before they deliver your order. They will make so many excuses and nothing they post on their page about delivery time and customer service is true. The worse company to get weight loss treatment. They will mess up your treatment and cause long gaps
If I could give zero stars I would absolutely horrendous company, ordered end of September paid £184 and I still haven’t received anything then discovered that they had taken £230 on 10th October for the bloody second dose wasn’t! Emails are unanswered, phone not answered I spent a total of EIGHT HOURS ON HOLD over several days! Finally on Friday Fay answered and said that they didn’t have my medical questionnaire, they did I spoke to someone a few days after I ordered and he said everything was good to go! She then sent it to me again while I was on the phone and asked me to send it back which I did, she said she had received it and that there was a nurse in the office at that moment and she would review it and authorise the prescription and I would receive it Monday or Tuesday this week…….. and surprise surprise NOTHING NO COMMUNICATION OR MEDICATION!!! I am beyond angry so DR FRANKS SCAM CLINIC MY ORDER NUMBERS ARE 84047 and 84390 I WANT A FULL REFUND NOW!!!!! And I have contacted Trading Standards and the press
