Shocking Service – Subscription Cancelled Without My Consent & No RefundI’ve had a terrible experience. My subscription was cancelled by Dr Frank without me requesting it, yet they took my money weeks in advance. Since then, no refund has been processed.Their phone number doesn’t get answered, and the only email response I’ve received is that they are “dealing with it,” but nothing has actually happened.Totally unacceptable service. I shouldn’t have to chase for a refund on something they cancelled themselves.Avoid untrustworthy still no money back look like I'm going to have to do claim back!
Honestly I despair with this company. They take all the money upfront then 3 months in decide not to send prepaid medication without any prior warning. A BMI check is required (which is fine) BUT this should not be when the medication is DUE, then have to wait a week for a video consult and then if ‘approved’ wait another week. Therefore at least a 2 week delay with no medication. This is unacceptable to leave a customer without ongoing medication. Tried calling numerous times and after multiple attempts the call was answered by a call centre somewhere and then the call was disconnected! So I tried again and again to no avail.
Takes too long to dispense when you chase it up they send you back blanket message to say apologies but still nothing happens. They were swapping systems so my information got lost had to ring them myself as I kept getting a link to say missing assessment but link they attach does not work?
I signed up for their 9 month plan paying £2100 their promise was to save(£250.00) for what is promised is supposed to be the following medication: 1st month 7.5 - (received 7.5mg)2nd month 10mg - (received 7.5mg) in broken unsealed box!3rd Month 12.5mg - (received 7.5mg)month 4-9 15mg - I can bet I'm going to receive 7.5mg for the the remainder of the remaining months. I need to increase my dose to 10mg or 12.5mg as been on it since April this year, which I have advised them when they send out their health check as I have plutoed. I have written loads of emails to their enquires line, phoned on numerous occasions and waited for over 1 hour for no reply to anything. Doing my calculations of what I received so far on todays current prices and for the level of medication they have sent, (7.5mg) I have only saved £79. I'm paying £184.00 back to a finance company called Humm whom they set up the agreement with. I would like to know if anyone else has had the same issues as myself.
