Order ID #81487 Still haven’t recieved any comms about an order sent and paid for on 16th September. I submitted all the medicalInfo (incl photos) when I placed the order or they wouldn’t have taken my money. The latest scam if you can endure the 45min wait in the phone is to tell you your order hasn’t shipped because they’re waiting for you to consult with the nurses and send photos. Unashamed scammers.
SCAMMERS please everyone avoid this company if you value your money they are taking advantage off people that are paying over the odds for a healthier life style they send wrong orders , don't send orders and run extremely late on orders they will take your money immediately and won't refund you for up to 6 months ! Don't make the same mistake as myself and many others have
- give you money off for positive reviews (that’s where they are from) until they do you over the next round. - sent 2.5mg instead of 15mg in MAY and did not refund- did not honour order already paid for, and asked for MORE MONEY after delaying dispatch for 2 weeks.- in a year with them, every delivery except the first had problems and took 3 weeks to deliver. Now sending out a “come back” for 30% off email 🤣
⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed and Out of PocketI paid £560 to Dr Franks for a service that was supposed to include a Mounjaro injection every 4 weeks. I received the first injection without any issues, but I am now in week 7 and have still not received my second one.Since week 2, I’ve been emailing them twice a week asking for an update. Every time, I was told there was a delay and it would be sent “shortly.” This never happened.This week, I asked twice for a refund, and now my emails are being completely ignored. They won’t even provide a basic receipt so I can claim the money back through my bank.I am now £500+ out of pocket, and the service I paid for has not been delivered. The lack of communication and refusal to acknowledge my messages is incredibly unprofessional.I would strongly advise others to be cautious—my experience has been extremely disappointing.
This online pharmacy is about business and profit . I was subscriber for Monjaro and on 25 of August I have paid for 15 mg pen but I received 5 Mg over 2 weeks later . I have contacted them several times , I got in writing apologies from different staff members,The nurse prescribed 15 as paid , 12.5 etc. They asked me for lots of pictures of the pen , never said return it . I was expecting at least to get another 10 mg pen to match what paid for . The price increased and I have waited and waited. 5 mg won’t help for more than a week and they didn’t respond or solve this matter for so long. I rang them and a lady informed me that them system is not working and they will come back to me, never did. I contacted my bank and again instead of fixing this error they sent T &C to send the pen back . I sent it back on 29 th , no response , no refund . Very disappointing and frustrating. Please don’t buy from them . Better pay a bit more but you won’t get this treatment. If a pharmacy does this mistakes ….. I will find a way to complain further!
First 3 months delivered on time. 4 month a week late. 5 month 2 weeks late. 6 month 2 weeks late. 7 month 3 weeks late 8th month didturn up at all. Never get answers from the company and they never let you know about the problems there experiencing. I feel they get you involved then hang you out to dry. I'd stay well clear of this company if your looking for a company with your best interest at heart as they couldn't care less about you.
