Awful company

Awful company. Reactivated my subscription without me knowing and took £244 from my account. What is more worrying is that I had not ordered from them for several weeks and they were not concerned about whether I was still taking the Mounjaro or not, no questions asked about my health and or BMI. I have no taken Mounjaro for weeks yet they take money from me for 7.5mg without any questions asked. This is very concerning. Trying to get a refund from them is proving very difficult and I’m sick of the same pathetic email response every time I question what is happening with my refund. They are fobbing me off. Awful company, do not use!!!

Scammers! Do not use. Dreadful customer service. Took my money...3 weeks later still had not dispatch. I let them know that my DR did not want me continue on this medication. As the order had still not been approved I tried to get a refund. They messed me around for days, kept hold of my money then dispatched the order. They have had my money for a month without sending my order & ignored all my attempts to cancel the order.

Just an awful company with zero customer service .They said five times they had changed m6 delivery address and each time send it to the wrong address ,Do not deal with them is my advice .
