I ordered a 7 seater car, when I arrived at Belfast they didn't have one!! I had to accept 5 seater, which meant the rest of the family who we were meeting had to use their own car rather than all travelling together, so double the petrol for the week. We had no prior warning, we paid for 7 seater. All I have managed to get is £56 for the difference in car size after nearly 3 months of emailing. No compensation for inconvenience, extra petrol etc. Sorry wouldn't use them again even though the people in the office were polite they still didn't tell us in advance of the situation
We went to pick up the car from Liverpool Airport branch and Tony give us an amazing attention. Provides us all the information, super professional but very friendly, and make the experience of signing papers very fun!The car was waiting for us, all perfect. The price was reasonable.
Needed a car quickly for about a month and Drivalia (Newcastle Airport branch) were great and really helped me out. Excellent service at a VERY competitive rate. Would 100% recommend and will definitely use again if I have to 👍
