Understaffed & disorganized return process. Shuttle service not convenient. Unclear instructions. Decided to take Uber to airport from rental return.

WORST experience ever - DO NOT RENT from Drivalia

I rent cars freuqently. I have NEVER had such a terrible experience (but never booked Drivalia before) When I turned up to pick it up today, I was met with extraordinary rudeness (by "Bob" at the Drivalia rental desk). He refused to rent me the car, because I was not subserviant enough to him. I never once raise my voice, I never once addressed him with lack of respect.My husband overheard it all from the waiting room, could not believe how I was treated - a clear case of misogyny and racism. When my husband challenged him, "Bob" said: "if you are going to play the race card, you can leave"."Bob" refused me to speak to a manager or call him.If the owner/manager reads this - I invite you to have a bilateral discussion with me. The best experience ever

We arrived at Stansted airport in London and at the Drivalia offices, we were greeted by Sergio, a very professional employee, very prepared (we saw him express himself in 4 different languages in a few minutes!). Kind, you gave us all the best suggestions of the case!

These people are con merchants

These people are con merchants. I booked a car for a customer at £225 for 2 weeks. When he went to pick up the car They charged him a further £375 for insurance excess cover. This was after I had already paid Booking.com £57 to cover the excess .DO NOT USE THEM. AI WIL;L BE SEEKING TO RECOVER THIS FROM THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY

Was very happy with service and the car but I was told i would get my insurance deposit back in 5 to 7 daysnow i am told i am not getting a refund with the package i took 🤬 Update - Had a response so rude h basically said i was stupid and should have read the T & C's Never use these people

Kamila - superstar

We rented a car from Stansted airport. I booked the car through the Ryanair app and it didn’t give me the option to change the name of the driver to my husband so we had a lot of issues as I was down as the driver but don’t have a full licence.Kamila was so so helpful, she helped us with cancelling our original booking and rebooking. She was so kind and even held our baby for us while we were trying to get everything sorted. She was absolutely fantastic ❤️ thank you Kamila
