Booked a car at the Stansted office. My driving license was expired, so we had to change driver. Ikram was incredibly attentive and had tonnes of patience. At the end all solved and we had a car better than expected for a reasonable price

Avoid Drivalia

Avoid Drivalia – Terrible Service at Heathrow BranchI booked a car with Drivalia (Heathrow branch) and arrived on time for my 2 PM reservation. Shockingly, there was only one staff member handling all check-ins. The queue barely moved — I personally waited for over an hour, and others had already been waiting for three hours with no progress.Eventually, I had to leave because I had an appointment to get to. I explained this to the staff member, who told me I’d receive a refund. A week later, I was told the booking was “non-refundable” and they refused to help.Thankfully, my bank processed a chargeback, but this experience was unacceptable. Prepaid or not — if a company can’t provide the service, they shouldn’t keep your money.I strongly recommend avoiding Drivalia, especially the Heathrow location. Extremely poor staffing, long delays, no customer support, and no accountability.

Terrible Post Hire Customer Service

The early part of the service was fine. The hire car was good and the pick up from BHX all went smoothly. I was then involved in a car accident in the hire vehicle. The accident was not my fault whatsoever - another car crashed into me in a car park. I stupidly didn't reduce the vehicle excess for collision damage as part of the hire and therefore had a £1500 excess which was taken by Drivalia in accordance with their hire terms. I was visiting from New Zealand and at the time of dropping the car I asked for information so that I could challenge the accident and look to reclaim the £1500. On my return to NZ I wrote emails and contacted the manager at the Birmingham depot on several occasions to try to follow up with the insurers re the accident. I never received a single response with any assistance for me to do this. They basically took my £1500 and ignored me from then on. Zero customer service.

Alexandra was so helpful with our hire and even gave us a free upgrade as we had booked the car for an extended period of time! Process was super easy and seamless, would highly recommended to anyone looking to hire in London to explore the UK!

Smooth as usual

I so rent a car from Drivalia Luton few times a yearm. Smooth as usual. Cars are always in great condition . Just make sure you pre read all what you need to bring and show to hire the car. Personally I also take the full insurance so I drive with a clear mind. This time I was greeted by Alexandra. Thank you

We flew from Dublin to Liverpool last…

We flew from Dublin to Liverpool last week and had a hire car booked with Drivalia. Price was very reasonable and we got a much nicer car than we expected. Check in was smooth and staff were friendly. We had no problems with the car. On return the guys were so helpful, Stuart dropped us back to the airport terminal and gave us some tips on luggage and where to visit in the city centre, he was kind and funny and it was just an all round positive experience, we will definitely be booking with Drivalia John Lennon Airport again. Thanks so much to all of you.
