Terrible customer service and service at all. I booked a collection and organised my time accordingly. No one showed up , no one called or emailed , just ignore my messages to this day .

Horrible customer “service” from rude manager after they ruined a pair of trousers

We had used them a few times but our last experience was shockingly bad. Dropped off two pairs of trousers, one pair returned ok but the other pair had a stain down one of the legs which had not there before. They denied responsibility for the damage caused but offered to dye the trousers. That did not help with the stain. Mr Ali, the manager, shouted over the phone and refused to refund the cost of dry cleaning, not to mention compensation for the trousers. We were distressed and shocked by this! They have a very bad reputation on the Southfields grid and I would advise you not to use them.

If I could give them no stars, I would. Bad customer service, don't know what they're doing. Overcharged for a small item. Don't bother using the branch in Gray's Inn Road.

5 shirts damaged. Disgusting customer service!

5 shirts damaged.Manager (Ali) agreed to correct their mistake by buying new shirts or transferring money to cover the cost of buying new ones.Delayed reimbursement by blaming insurance claims (none of which is my fault).Promised to transfer funds.All empty promises - completely untrustworthy individual!Now ignores all contact.Disgusting customer service!

Late pick up and delivery, overcharging, bad communication

Items were picked up an hour late and dropped off 5 hours late. No contact number and no response to messages. Deceptive pricing, meaning I spent more than I expected to. Had I known there was a minimum charge I would have added more items. Won't use again.

A Tempur-pedic medical pillow (value over £100) ruined - they said that it could be cleaned and that there was a minimal risk. 10 days later the pillow returned ruined (latex filling disintegrated) and shapeless (no support). Owner refuses to accept responsibility or give compensation and has insulted me, calling me a liar!Separately, a duvet (new condition) was returned with scratches across front and back by a sharp object (perhaps open safety pin?). Owner suggesting that it was caused by me - again suggesting that I am lying!Photos prove otherwise.
