Fabulous service booking was easy very polite gentleman. Chris called ahead of arrival on the day. On arrival Chris fully explained everything and set to work. Job completed quickly with no problems Chris was lovely and so helpful. Brilliant service from start to finish very happy with the cost which reflects the level of excellent service.
My mum had a blocked toilet friday she was up the wall so we called a company who came out but damaged my mums house when the pipe blew emtying water all over my mums stair carpet ,walls ,laminate hallway omg 😧 they got of and left her this is an 80yr old partially blind lady but hay ho we called dino rod explained what had happened and they turned up within half an hour the job couldnt be fixed but they promised they would be out first thing monday morning 24th nov and they were and fixed the problem thankyou so much brilliant professional company and worth calling them 👍👏👏👏
Kevin today to deal with a block bath and bathroom sink. He was really good at keeping in touch to let us know he was on his way. Turned up on time and resolved the issue completely with no fuss at all. Was very polite and personable and cleaned up after himself. Couldn’t ask for more.
