So jon lunnon 95e came out today to put new bath taps on, now there is a leak in my hall, water all over my new herringbone flooring and bubbles in my newly decorated wall. I joked and said it wont leak will it, as ive had issues before with work Dyno did. He said No!!!! Just called British gas said yes its an emergency but because ive turned off the mains supply someone will come in the morning. Going to the toilet is going to be fun. This companys workmanship and attitude is appalling. He had one hour to do the work when they knew what he had to do!
The plumber arrived very quickly and tacked the Job on a systematic and cheerful way. His persistence led a a complete removal of the blockage. Both he and the person who took my call were very upfront about the cost, which was perfectly reasonable
