Excellent and honest service. Our Engineer not only fixed our problem but went above and beyond. He communicated everything he would do and explained the processes in a clear and consise manner. He was very polite and accommodating to the point he did his best to repair the cupboards he had to go through for access so we would not be out of that storage space. He also explained what he would do to shore up his fixes and further possibilities. Very knowledgeable. Would use the service again.
