Our engineer, Daniel Mitchell was an absolute hero today. He came in to resolve an issue with our hot water tank, and when asked to help with a couple of additional minor tasks, didn’t show any concern and supported us immediately as he had the parts to hand. 100% would recommend.
Dynorod are my 'go to' company. They responded quickly to my emergency, (2 hours) efficiently sorted the problem and offered good advice going forward on preventing it happening again. Guy was polite and knowledgeable. Office staff also responsive and helpful. 10/10 ✓
