JED was very helpful, he try he best to find out the problem, unfortunately everything in order, the ceiling damp is look like a condensation. He checking inside the loft and he found out other problem, the wall is damp and report to us even though is not his job he tell us.
Colin was great, he gave me a call when he was on his way and arrived when he said he would.
He'd resolved the issue and offered advice on how to avoid the issue in the future.
