About an hour later, a representative called to confirm if 3:30pm was suitable. The technician arrived exactly on time, was very pleasant, and explained everything in detail. He discovered two blockages: one in the drains from the soil pipe, which he cleared swiftly, and another in the main drain that he was unable to resolve. After examining the situation with a camera and sonde, he determined that the second blockage was located in the road, not on our property. He demonstrated the equipment, clarified how he reached that conclusion, and provided guidance on what to communicate when contacting the relevant utility company. Thanks to the information he provided, the utility company acknowledged their responsibility and is now addressing the issue. I am very pleased with the service. Although the problem couldn't be completely resolved during the visit, the technician did everything possible, and the transition to the utility company was seamless.
