A representative from a local service came out to assist my Mum with a blocked drain. He was incredibly kind and supportive, and Mum wanted me to express her gratitude (she isn't able to leave online reviews herself!). He truly went above and beyond to assist a customer, thank you.
Harry arrived at 7pm this evening to address a severely clogged drain. He successfully cleared it and used a camera for inspection, confirming there were no additional problems. Despite the dark and rainy conditions, Harry exceeded expectations with his outstanding service—definitely a 10/10!
Fabulous customer service and swift arrival. From receptionist to manager to drain engineer, the service was excellent. The manager put me at ease having had 3 stressful days of being told by the insurance company different scenarios for why I had water coming into the property down an internal stack pipe. They suggested i get a trace and access report done, researched this and was very expensive. I phoned Dyno rod and within 15 minutes I had an engineer at my property, he reassured me that if it was drainage issue he would sort it. He checked the manhole and it was not blocked, he put the camera up the drains right up into the toilet waste pipe and there was no sign of damage to any pipe work. The engineer checked the seals on internal pipe work, which was fine. He then suggested it could be a roofing issue. Hey presto, someone that actually had a sensible reason to the issue. Yes I paid happily for the drains to be checked as the peace of mind I now have that it's not that, that was causing the problem. Well done Keith. Roofer now working to resolve the leak.
The engineers assigned to my project were exceptional. They collaborated effectively to solve various complications they encountered. They were polite, kept me informed, and provided clear explanations. I truly appreciate their efforts and the quality of their work. A perfect score for their service!
I contacted the service regarding an issue with the toilets in our church hall. They responded within an hour of my call, and even though a second visit was needed for a related concern, the efficiency and courtesy of the staff were outstanding. A job well done. Highly recommended.
