Ebookers in trial use

We have started to use ebookers as trial for simplifying bookings. Until today everything has gone well and we'll continue using ebookers.
Sometimes we are not sure if rules created at ebookers will match with flight companies like aeroflot so time will show ...

I had to change my flights because of my brother's illess, and the service was excellent -- kind and patient in what was a difficutl situation for me. Was very relieved to have new flights so quickly and so easily just 2 days beforehand.
