Hyvää chat palvelua. Good chat service.

Matkan varaamisen jälkeen tarvitsi ottaa vielä yksi mukaan. alle minuutin odottelun jälkeen virkailija vastasi chatissa ja homma tomi kuin vanha VR:n vessa. Nopeasti ja ammattitaitoisesti muuteltiin varaus pienillä kustannuksilla ja kaikki pääsivät reissuun.

After the reservation we had to take one more with us. After under a minute wait we had a chat with the office and after that everything went fast, smoth and with great customerservice. With low cost we could have everybody on the same reservation. Very happy customer!

Service beyond expectation

Having used ebookers to book the majority of my family travel the day occurred when I wasn't able to buy the tickets for the desired flight. As I was planning to take the flight less less than 5 hours later I called their customer service.

As I called in, the system recognized me and all my personal info was immediately available for the person who answered me. Thus, enabling the person that answered to focus on the issue rather than asking info that was already in the system.

I told her that I wasn't able to book the flight accordingly and that I was in a bit of a rush. The lady said that she will fix this and I should go and start packing my stuff for the trip. 15 min later she called me back, told me that I now was booked on the flight that I wanted to be on. She also apologized that the system had failed to give me proper service. To top it off, she told that as this was a system fault there was no extra charge for me compared to if I would have booked the ticket online by my self!

Utterly pleased for the service and service minded personnel. And yes, I have booked flights after that via ebookers.

Why you can't edit your reservation?

This happened me allready twice, that one misclick during booking process and you are stucked with your booking and you cannot change or edit your reservation. I forgot check if hotel reservation (actually did not read anyewhere) includes breakfast or not. I then called immediately to ebookers service, but they told me "sorry we cannot help you". If I would have made reservation directly to hotel, I would not have this problem. Next time, I am not going to use ebookers.

Back again to ebookers

One of the big reasons I use ebookers - other than price and selection and easy-to-use Website is that I can pay using my bank account online payment. I've used ebookers many times and certainly will again in the future.

Wish the site could be accessed in english.

If your site was in English I suspect that you would have an even greater customer base. I managed to make it through with the aid of an online translator, but making the reservation took over an hour.

Think about it at least.....
