Reservation didnt happen!!

I never had problems reserving hotel from ebookers before this. Reservation number pbebfi8306989574. When we arrived to the hotel they said payment hasnt made. We didnt have time to find new hotel, so we stayed for 1 night. They charged us much more than price from ebookers. Also we lost 1 full day of holiday looking for new hotel. So the reservation was a complete bust!

Professionals tool No.1

I could give ebookers full stars b u t whilst booking they offered matkavakuutus and only after having fixed buiz I started to read 10 pages of insurance terms and found on page 6 or 7 that I am too old with my 73/74 years. WHY DONT THEY HAVE A CLEAR INFO ON AGE-RESTRICTION ALREAY IN THEIRE INSURANCE OFFER?? - CONSEQUENCE: PAPERWAR AND WAITING TO RECEIVE OVERPAIED MONEY BACK! - BY the way: I could not find any adress to claim via internet but had to use Itella, which is regretable a manko on the most companies on internet!
