I like Ebookers BUT there are some issues

I think Ebookers is great, offers are great and the ease of use is great BUT sometimes when I use the service, I choose my flights, enter name of the passengers, put in my payment information and hit "confirm" and then it comes back to tell me "due to high demand, these flights are no longer available" . OK, I start over and when I start over, I see the same flights that I JUST TRIED to book are STILL an option....I had this happen to me the other day when booking my trip this summer to Canada with my 5 children. 12 times I get all the way through the process, only to hit "Confirm" and I get the message "due to high demand, these flights are no longer available" . So why do you keep showing available when it is not!? That was absolutely AWFUL to go through...took FOREVER and in the end my 13 or 14 time, changing dates etc....I was able to "confirm" and book flights. If I even go back today and check the same dates and times I was originally trying to book, the options are still offered and I KNOW they are not available. So that was REALLY PROBLEMATIC and I almost went to another service...but I like ebookers so I was willing to give you all a chance....if this keeps happening, I will not.

PERFECT!

I have been used ebookers many time and I did just received my trip to Malta. After an hour I call to the Hotel and upgrade my room. They all ready know that I am coming so rservation is realy fast and reliable.

It is easy to use Ebookers for different traveling services

I booked a hotell and paid it in ebookers. Nest morning I had to pay it again at the reception, because at the hotel they thought that my creditcard was anly for reserving the room. IN the end I end up paying hotel twice, but hotel promices to return my money.
I often reserve tickets for a group or other people in our company and it is nice, vhem you allready have a list of persons you can choose.

Nice and clean apartment hotel in great location

Very good location and clean apartment hotel. Photos of the room are exact. Bed was comfortable and air condition/heating worked well.
Only minus was that we arrived after 7:30 pm so we needed to get a key from totally different address. Also one Japanese family was sharing same problem. Reception is open until 7:30pm and there is no one after that. Only a phone number to call.
