I made a car reservation with Fly now…

I made a car reservation with Fly now pay later virtual credit using a third party app EBooker. I completed my balance in full with fly now pay later. Once I got to the airport to pick up car from Budget. Budget said they had to cancelled my reservation due to an error with Ebooker. Budget car rental returned the funds back to Ebooker. I contact Fly now pay later to informed them that the money were returned to them. A representative from fly now pay later informed me once they received a cancellation from Ebooker they would credit the money back to my personal account. I also wrote Ebooker several times about getting a refund and no one contacted me back. I had to make a new reservation with my personal money. No I am wondering if Ebooker is a scam site. I will be contacting fly now pay later about this money.

They won't help in the situation of getting your money back, even though they should. Worst customer service I've seen in a long while

Hertz was not able to deliver to reserved car and it had safety risks

1. Hertz failed to deliver the reserved car (Ford Mondeo ). Instead tiheir had only Ford Cmax which I had turned down while ordering
2. Fiat Punto missed other headlight causing danger. We noticed danger after 10 minutes driving when darkness arrived. Hertz ignored the issue.
3.Hertz forced us to pay 183 eur insurance fee by claiming Ebookers insurance is covering nothing
Experience was all in all painful. We will never again use Ebookers or Hertz and will do our best to deliver this message in social media
