Multiple Destinations

Fabulous "Multiple Destination" function which is not available in many of the other trackers. There is even have a competent clientservice which responds!
"Login In" is confusing. Identification through own password or accounts G+ or Facebook. Did it with G+ which resulted in the creation of a new account based on my GMail email address. Now I have a double account of which one is useless.
Nevertheless 4* close to 5!

Easy to book - but problem in the hotel

To use ebookers is easy. The only problem was that hotel had got wrong information; instead of 2 nights my booking was for one night. THere were available rooms, but when it came time to check-out, the reception was asking me to pay for 2nd night. Took some time and nerves to clear the situation up. The Ebookers confirmation should be in English or local language as it was not much of help to show the booking confirmation in a language that reception didn't understand. Also there was a promise of free welcome drink. No one in hotel knew anything about it. After some discussion I got a bottle of warm mineral water.

Good experience

Easy to use and seems trustworthy.
Perhaps not so cheap as you could think however; in the last hotel I noticed that direct reservation would have been a little cheaper.

Quickly and easily to Budapest using Ebookers

Due bad weather I decided to find warmer place for vacation. After short investigation at Ebookers I found good package to Budapest. Reservation was easy and hotel was good as expected. Ebookers performance was greta and often I noticed that chat possibility was there but I did not use it.
