I ordered hair dye back in November for €25 and never received it. I reached out and was sent two online forms to sign, and on the third attempt, I received another form asking me to print, sign, and mail it back! The dye is worth €15, and the rest of the cost was for shipping. I will never deal with this company again. UPDATE: I received my order half an hour ago. Apologies for my initial review. The package arrived well packed and intact. Thanks again, and sorry for my first review. I suppose I should have been more patient, but I wanted the hair color before Christmas. The emails didn’t help, but all is well now.
I ordered an eyeshadow after carefully reviewing the ingredient list on the website. It was advertised as talc-free, which was my main reason for choosing it. However, when it arrived, the packaging had a completely different ingredient list that included talc and other ingredients not mentioned online. This feels deceptive, and it’s frustrating to receive something different than advertised. I have contacted the support team and hope they will correct this information, as it can impact those with allergies or specific ingredient concerns.

ANOTHER UPDATE: I feel desperate at this point. How can you know about my order issues and just ignore me? Your behavior is unacceptable. FINAL UPDATE: Can someone from the service please assist me? I've been emailing customer support since the beginning of November. Why has this not been resolved? I'm desperate!
I haven’t received my facial oil yet, so I can't comment on the product itself. My package has arrived in the USA and is scheduled for delivery today. However, DHL is demanding an $86.32 customs duty fee. I understand that I’m responsible for import duties and taxes, but a ~63% charge on a $135.90 product is unreasonable. I will pay the fee under protest to release the package, but I intend to file formal disputes with both DHL and U.S. Customs to recover the overcharged amount. The service responded quickly to my email, but unfortunately, they said they cannot assist with customs charges. This was my first order, and due to this experience, it will also be my last. When the package cleared US customs, DHL charged me an extra $86.32, broken down as follows: - $1.34 regulatory charge - $67.98 “import/export duties” - $17.00 processing fee. The duty seems completely off, especially for a straightforward cosmetic facial oil. I paid DHL under protest to get the package. I emailed them, but they haven’t replied yet despite promising a response within one working day. I understand that you ship DDU and that duties are the customer's responsibility, but paying an extra 52% due to what seems like a misclassification has left a bad taste.
