Review Time
I love the heavier weight trail leggings I ordered. I dislike Eddie Bauer's terrible customer service in returning them when the size was wrong. I could not print a return label. Customer service said they'd correct it within 48 hours. They never did. They just kept sending the same apologetic email when I tried again. I resorted to returning them in the local store and the clerk wasn't sure the return would work, but it did. Love the leggings, HATE THE SERVICE. I have only returned to order the size I know fits. Otherwise, will not be back.
I ordered an item (pyjamas) as a Christmas gift on 12 Dec 2024. On 15 Dec I was told by email the item had shipped. For the next few weeks the tracking had the item in transit. Having missed it for Christmas, On Jan 2 2025 I texted with customer service and was told the item was lost. They were sorry. I was told to expect a refund within 10 days. That's it. Let's see if the refund arrives, but it's clear there is no hands-on company management regarding their shipping.
I'm in the same boat as everyone else on this feed. Ordered on November 13th. Have still only received 2 of 6 items. To add insult to injury, I logged into my bank account to find FOURTEEN transactions in my account. With an overcharge of over $450! And when I messaged customer service, they told me to deal with my credit card company and dispute the charges. Like how am I meant to go over 14 line items with my credit card company? Not to mention the time out of my day, due to Eddie Bauer's broken systems. Beyond ridiculous.
Item not received and not refunded. STAY AWAY!!!! Just like everyone else, ordered weeks before Christmas. Item was in stock but didn't ship until 7 DAYS later. Shipped w/Landmark Courier. They emailed an apology saying they upgraded shipping so item would be received for Christmas. Item never came. Tried to chat with their poor customer service online and it's ridiculous. Still no item (over $150) and still no refund. They refuse to refund. Telling me to "be patient" and wait another week - and they dropped from the chat. I'm done with Eddie Bauer. Stay far away from this company!
I’ve had a credit card, but I really only use it in the Fall and Christmas time. I really don’t care for the summer clothing. So I went in found a few items went to use my card and they it was no longer good because the company changed bank cards. The employees told me I could reapply on my phone right then and there. 45 minutes later the employees and the process couldn’t be completed. So I said I would try at home and that was a no go again. Back to the store to use another card. What is happening is the same thing to another customer, he said hopefully someday I will be able to purchase clothes. Hey Eddie Bauer you are losing sales.
When ZERO stars would be too many, but they force you to have at least one!!Unbelievable how poor their customer service is. The offshore staff is trained to simply lie directly to you. Their strategy seems to be "Promise anything the customer wants, and hope they don't contact us again!' I could go on and on, but just believe me when i say DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!
