I ordered an ivory corduroy blouse and two pair of jeans. The blouse was shipped first as the jeans were on backorder. The first package arrived 10/10/24. Inside the package was a pair of green boyfried pants. I contacted CS to let them know I received the wrong item. He was 'sorry this happened to me." He never acknowledged their mistake. The CSR located my order and quickly sent a return shipping label. Never did he offer to correct the situation and send the item I ordered. When I asked about the blouse, he said I would have to return to the website and order it. I would receive my refund 5-7 business days after they received the item. I canceled my pending order. I lost trust in EB. What an absoulute crock of BS. Eddie Bauer has lost a customer.
Eddie Bauer has become a low quality, over priced company. I ordered boots and they sent me jeans. They then made me buy another pair of boots and wasn’t refunded until they received the jeans. When I received the boots they were damaged. At that point I returned them and gave up. So disappointing.
I bought a 250.00 jacket no more than eight months ago and the zipper is falling apart. The quality is crap. I reached out to them to see if they could help, but because I don’t have the receipt, they will not help. There is much better quality out there would not buy again.
