Ordered a pair of ski pants

Ordered a pair of ski pants, they say shipped but USPS says label made awaiting item. Emailed EB 3x lots of lies and false statements. Finally got order canceled and refunded. No more EB for me!!

Orders Don't Arrive

I don't know how I did business with this company again after the last horrible experience I had with them. If you order with them online it's a crap shoot as to whether you will get your products even if you pay the expedite fee. It's ridiculous. Great product but you can't get them. I don't know how they stay in business.

Never Received Item, EB Refused to Assist

Ordered an item, it was stuck at the local delivery depot and was not delivered. Talked to the delivery agency and asked that they look for it and was told to have Eddie Bauer open a case. They refused to do so and disconnected from me multiple times during this chat.

Eddie Bauer Kids is a scam

Eddie Bauer Kids is a scam, honestly, I really don’t think the company is legit. Ordered a product, received on time, but didn’t fit. Tried to return (according to the return policy) and they are saying they have a problem and cannot process the return - it’s been 3 weeks. I want my $100 back

Worst Customer Service! They stole my money.

I bought a luggage bag that broke after 3 trips. Because I originally purchased the bag online I had to initiate a return online and ship it back to them as they don’t allow returns in store for online luggage orders.They received the returned bag on January 20th. By January 28th I got on live chat with them because I didn’t receive confirmation they had received the bag back or got a refund. They told me they initiated the refund on live chat and said I would get my money back in 3-7 business days.Long story short, it’s been well over a month and I still don’t have my refund. I’ve gone back and forth via email, live chat and phone calls with no luck. Their customer service is atrocious and communication is horrendous. I am now out of a bag and almost $300 and they refuse to help me. Do not buy from Eddie Bauer unless you plan on keeping the item even if it breaks.

The colours of on line clothing are misleading

I bought lined pants, the picture showed a light blue colour. I ordered one pair because I have already one pair of grey pants, same model, same size, from Eddie Bauer. When the pants arrived they looked more grey than blue (the reason for 3 stars). I now have 2 pairs of lined pants of grey colour. I like their sizing and quality. Outside of this review: the MAGA movement in the US is turning me off American companies and thus I will be looking at Canadian made products.

Dont buy online!! Returns not honored.

Worst shipping and return policies. Spent 32.77 returned the product and they're charging me for shipping to deliver and return with a credit of only 11.00. I'm without the product and somehow this lengthy return situation has me put of pocket 22.00! Never again would I buy from this company.

I ordered some flannel lined jeans for…

I ordered some flannel lined jeans for the winter season and used a $15coupon so was pretty happy. I even got delivery a day early. Turns out got shipped two unrelated items instead of my pants. Customer service sets up a return that I have to print out and pack and take to UPS. The worst part is I have to reorder the pants if I still want them and it will take 7-10 days to process the return. You would think that things should be more automatic. I am going to just do the return and get my refund and buy from somewhere else. Someone who would keep my business would have resent my order right away or at least as soon as they got the return.

I have been using Eddie Bauer to…

I have been using Eddie Bauer to purchase my jeans. I am tall and Eddie Bauer has always provided jeans that fit and are comfortable. In recent years and especially in recent months, I have not been able to purchase jeans anymore because they have always been out of stock. I have become very disappointed in their availability. I unfortunately have moved on to another brand of jeans. I will still purchase other items, but I can’t count on them providing me with jeans I need.

Poor customer service

I wish there were an option to rate this service with zero stars, as I believe even one star is too generous for the service this company provides to its customers. The store does not accept returns for shoes in person; instead, you have to mail them back and pay for the shipping yourself. When you go to the website to print the return label, it often doesn't work. I've had to call multiple times and speak to several people who promised to email me, but I'm still waiting. Never purchase anything again.
