Ive been working this program for a couple of weeks and see marked improvement in mobility. Many of the participants have had surgeries and injuries and just overall stiffness. Eddie is very knowledgable and provides lots of modifications.
I wasnt expecting that he would personally respond to questions in the community group. Or that he would have weekly live classes where he can see everyones form and give targeted feedback.
This course is a gem at any cost but especially at less that $100.
I am absolutely delighted with the progress I have made in just a month of following this program. The sessions are easy to follow and clearly explained to ensure that exercises are performed correctly and safely to gain the best benefits. The inner circle is a great addition and I was impressed with how quickly any questions are responded to, the support has been first class. I have noticed a great deal of improvement in the tightness and pain I was feeling in my hip and lower back and am confident that this will continue. In 2017, I underwent a left venous stent placement for a condition that caused significant discomfort, leading to difficulty in maintaining an upright posture for about a month. Since then, I experienced severe lower back pain that hindered my daily activities, especially caring for my disabled daughter, who weighs 78 lbs. It became increasingly challenging to lift her. Eddie's program completely alleviated my lower back pain. I had previously tried various methods, including traditional physical therapy, dry needling, and other pain relief techniques, but none provided lasting relief. Remarkably, after just one week of following the program, my pain improved by 85%, and upon completing the entire program, my lower back pain is now entirely resolved. I can perform the movements from memory while listening to music, thanks to Eddie's clear instructions. I can go about two days without practicing before I begin to feel discomfort again. The fact that it only takes about eight minutes to maintain pain-free movement is incredible. I also enjoy the live classes he hosts on Sundays, which I find much more enjoyable than going to the gym! I even appreciate the moments when his dogs join in. 😂 Additionally, I had a C5 to C7 fusion due to a car accident in 2019, and I’m currently using Eddie's upper body program to address my neck tension. After a week, I’ve noticed a reduction in the migraines associated with that tension. I hope to adapt some of the movements for my daughter, who has a rare genetic syndrome and cerebral palsy. She experiences lower back pain and has coordination challenges, so I will need to be creative in helping her learn some of the wonderful techniques Eddie teaches. 💕 If you're unsure, I encourage you to join Eddie's program. One thing Eddie mentioned that resonated with me is that the body isn’t broken; it’s just guarding. I dealt with a severe back issue over a decade ago that altered the way I moved to avoid pain. I've been following this program for over two weeks now. At 75, I am seeing improvement and surprising myself. I was active before developing plantar fasciitis, and now I feel hopeful about returning to my previous abilities and likely improving even further. The instructions are careful, informative, and respectful. The camera angles are helpful. I’ve tried other programs, some that seemed easier, but I often ended up injuring myself.
