Usually online stores especially their customer services, it's like they have a script . The lady I spoke with is amazing,she truly cares about you as a customer and as a person. I haven't seen exceptional Customer service in that in years. She was very attentive and left me with a feeling as if I was in the store and had her attention on my purchase and satisfaction.
