Their customer service department is freaking awesome! I love how quick they are to respond and resolve any issues that may occur. Even if not directly related to them re: shipping. I would love to see more glass products, but over all the other adult stores out there this is the one I will be using in the future. Keep up the good work, so we can keep it up in the bedroom. Updated***I haven't tried the products yet but I did have someone reach out to me and was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner which I really appreciated. I was able to get my order reshipped and it arrived the next day!****I ordered my package on the 31st and still haven't received it or any updated tracking here on the 14th. I've called and made support tickets and the only thing they've said is to wait.
I had a rough experience in the beginning because I bought something that didn’t work and I was very disappointed. However, once the company found out they reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement item or give me in store credit. I sent a picture of what I wanted to order, customer service ordered it for me, sent it out the same day and also sent out a few freebies. I’m very happy with the outcome and appreciate how proactive they were.
I am new to experimenting in the bedroom but this site makes it so much more comfortable than I anticipated. There is a wide variety of selection, starters and beginners to more advance participants. The price point is really good and they have free gifts and discounts often. This website is really easy to navigate too.
