In our experience, this company pluck figures from the air, ignore meter readings, don't reply to emails, threaten debt collectors for amounts we don't owe (as confirmed by them after our "final bill" said we were done with them then produce another bill stating we suddenly owe another £300) and finally, they make reverse charges so complicated not even their staff understand what's happened. They have caused no end of stress and tension making us feel sick and furious, but worse...absolutely powerless.
Kate team T was the person who dealt with my query. Very helpful pleasant and reassured me about the situation my move had caused with another energy supplier So glad I thought to phone to confirm my account was continuing and all was in place with Edf Thank you Kate
Polite ... listened... explained perfectly.. answered every question ..I asked.. had humour which is an asset ... felt like I was talking to a friend . Not every conversation I've had with EDF was this friendly . And solved the problem.. with one phone call. Thank you 😊
