Waited six months to get a replacement gas meter and had to make a formal complaint to get one.New one put it after a cancelled appointment. But it doesn’t work!Absolutely a nightmare of an energy company. Avoid!

Juraij is a credit to EDF. He understood my situation and resolved it completely to my satisfaction. If ever an Employee deserved a salary increase, it is him. (EDF) HR department, please take note!! Utility companies staff generally are not up to standard-not him. He will go far in life and I wish him every success in his achievements. Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year to him.😀😀😀
