We had our gas meter failed overnight

We had our gas meter failed overnight, so by morning we had no heating or hot water. I contacted EDF first thing, I was cut off first time round but then got through to Emma and she was able to raise emergency appointment with confidence and efficiency. We still waiting for engineer to come out but as for admin staff it was great service. Thank you
