Will be change energy supplier as soon as possible as was payed winter warm payment a month ago and was in 150 in credit and they still took 150 thus morning so I am in credit with a massive business and the people who struggle have to struggle even more they shouldn't have taken the money knowing the account is in credit

The lady which I spoke to this morning was called Lisa, she was truly helpful and honest and went out of her way to make sure my needs were met and went into great detail to inform me what was happening and would happen in the near future, so thank you very much for your help and patience.

I had an issue with my billing

I had an issue with my billing, contacted Customer Service and spoke to Emma (Team B). I was blown away by the service that she provided. I was promised a call back by the end of the day while she looked into it, and only an hour later I had a call back with the billing issue completely resolved. I rarely come across such excellent customer service, which is why I felt the need to leave a review.
