Advice given by Paul was very helpful and reassuring. He took the time to listen to my query and resolved it very quickly and efficiently. Paul from EDF was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

Take a bow Marie 18C..

I have been back and forth with EDF with misinformation however Marie 18C sorted my problem in less than an hour. Despite my panicking she was reassuring and calming and said numerous times she will help me and get my new property connected and that’s exactly what she did.

As I’m unable to have a smart meter at my house (because of poor mobile coverage) I greatly appreciate being contacted each month by Tomide, & enabled to email my meter reading.Having been a British Gas customer for many years, I’m impressed that a large organization like this is able to facilitate this individual contact & am grateful to Tomide for enabling this to happen each month.
