Sharon, team 3C, was amazing! I was confused about my account and she went to all lengths to sort it out for me. She was friendly, polite and understanding. At one point, instead of keeping me on hold, she asked if she could call me back while she was working on it. And she called me back. Sharon was a delight and I couldn’t have asked for more, thank you.
I was seeking some help to find out if the warm home grant that i have been told im intitled too and neef is nogoing to be given till march when i could use it over the winter ss im not well and struggling financialy i was told its out of your hands and so now im going to go cold over the winter i mean really what use is it to someone who needs it now in march its ridiculas🙄
