Helpful and polite customer service…

Helpful and polite customer service representative, who issued a refund because my account was over 3 months in credit. Precious customer service representatives have asked me endless questions about keeping my account in credit despite me being very clear I wanted the money in my account not EDFs’s. This time, great customer service especially as it was a person and not a bot!
