The understanding staff especially Loren

A really nice gentleman called Loren answered my call and he was exceptionally calm and understanding and helped me with all my questions and explained about the smart metre and looked up my account and told me about my fixed rates which had gone completely out of my mind as I was not long bereaved and a big thank you to him.
