I placed an order two weeks ago (10 working days), thinking that will be delivered within 5 days. However, I have not received any news about getting the parcel, the order in the website says “being processed” and customer service only says that they will deliver it. Really poor performance. I would never buy again online.

I bought two shirts on the webshop the 8/9/25 and got a reciept and my money was drawn. 11/9/25 I got a message that the shipment is on it way. That means that the label is created, but UPS does still not have the package. The 2/10/25 I haven't recieved or heard anything from El Ganso, despite I tried to contact them several times without any luck. Bad customer service . I will be rather surprised if I ever recieve my goods. Addition: Finally I got in contact with customer service. The goods disappeared in the delivery and I got my money back 9/10/25
Absolutely terrible service.Ordered a suit.It arrived- way smaller than it should have been for its size label.Had to try and figure out how to make a return- no clear return information given.Was then stung with a huge customs bill. All in I’m £120 out of pocket with return postage and the customs bill.Absolutely shocking!
What a shame. Used to be really quality clothing, great service. I waited two weeks for my order, after chasing them twice, was told 'they were looking for stock in the warehouse' (still showing as in stock on their website at the time) next contact a week later was a refund. Poor communication, poor service.
I’ve always been a fan of El Ganzo when traveling in Europe and Mexico City, but this location in Paris provided the worst service I’ve ever experienced.When I asked for shoes in my size, I was told nothing was in stock—only to later spot several boxes in my size behind the clothing racks. After trying on a few pairs, I chose a style I liked. My partner also made several purchases, including shoes, pants, jackets, and shirts, as it’s one of his favorite stores too.Unfortunately, when we got back to our hotel, we discovered that the salesperson had placed two different right shoes in the same box. We had an early flight the next morning and couldn’t return to the store.I called the store and explained the mistake. I offered to purchase the missing left shoe if they could send me both left shoes to complete the mismatched pairs. I’ve ordered from El Ganzo online before and had merchandise shipped to the U.S., so I didn’t think this would be an issue. However, after months of back and forth, I was told management would not allow them to ship to the U.S.I also emailed the company and sent messages via Instagram but never received a response. I’m now stuck with two right shoes and very disappointed by the lack of accountability and poor customer service. Think twice before shopping at this location
okay, i live in hungary. i ordered 2 items approx. a week ago - and i just received them today. their quality and size and colour and expected delivery were just as listed on their web page. actually, i was afraid of ordering from them after having read the reviews here - but i am absolutely satisfied with their service / quickness / quality. however, their home page could have been operating at a higher level but all together i can recommend ordering from elganso.
We shopped online. Got the cloth with a price tag on it and each item more than 20Euro cheaper as what we have been charged. Trousers still had the security Patch which makes it unable to use. Retoure is to a maximum complex and takes time. Contact with el ganso very rare and not good at all. Definately not again!
I purchased two El Ganso winter jackets over the last 15 years and I loved them. I had ordered a third one recently and was excited to open the box. The jacket was such a let down, in every way, I am struggling to convey how disappointed I am with it. The material is now a cheap wool / polyester mix, which attracts dust and dog hair like a magnet, one of the main buttons just fell off after literally two days and the pockets are not stitched properly. I was so happy with the older jackets from them but would certainly never consider buying anything online from the company again.
