Unlikely the company even read these reviews. Their customer service is truly awful. They charged me more than the price showing on the website (photographic evidence sent) and now seven e-mails to them remain unanswered (despite the original e-mails being acknowledged). The very dodgy practice of charging more than the advertised price needs to be stamped on and should not be tolerated.When they had shops in UK was nice to shop there. I really wouldn't risk dealing with the company though through Internet orders. Too risky as their customer service is non existent. I won't be ordering from them ever again as a result of this overcharging . Order number 700010873.
Placed an order almost 4 months ago, still no product delivered. The first delivery they admitted did not complete, so they sent another with tracking number - only for the tracking to indicate the delivery was made to the wrong country! The customer service during this process has been very poor, often having to wait months in between responses.The clothes and shoes may be nice, but unfortunately their online store can not be trusted. Don't place an order as you may never receive what you paid for.
Terrible customer service. Unanswered emails (my wife and I have sent over 10 in Spanish and English). Unanswered calls. One email from them asked for the order number. We immediately supplied it but never heard back from them. They shouldn’t be offering a refund service to those in the UK because they can’t (or don’t want) to refund. We feel cheated!We have headed up emails for the attention of their CEO and management but still no response. It’s a real shame because their clothes are good but spoilt by diabolical customer service that has put us off for life.
Awful customer service. My husband and I went to one of their stores in Barcelona specifically to purchase suits and there was absolutely no assistance. If we needed anything we had to go from one end of the store to the other to ask. Worst shopping experience we have ever had. Disappointing as we had travelled from Australia and were excited to be in one of their stores. Will look elsewhere in the future.
I ordered 1 shirt and 2 dresses from El Ganso.Package finely delivered. Unfortunately none of the items fitted my wife. Hence, I informed El Ganso about returning 3 items and did so.1) after 1 month i finally see on my paypal account, that El Ganso has refunded me. No email, no information, just a refund! That is what I call slow handling of returns.2) the refund is too low?! They have only refunded me for 2 items and claims that I only asked to return 2 items? Now they send me a screen shot saying, that their returns department only noted 2 items? Okay, and you returns department handle what: several hundreds of packages a day and makes no mistakes?! I what, handled one package that day, and should have only sent 2 items - what are the odds, that I screwed that up?? VERY LOW!!Now of course paypal steps in, and says. Yep, El Ganso is right and small customer in Denmark is wrong.. El Ganso sending and receiving probably thousands of packages have been granted the right to free of charge cheat on their customers!!!Oh my lord, what a ridiculous circus. After online shopping in more than 15 years, this must be the exact worst experience ever coming up. Can't believe they wanna cheat customers!
I ordered online. Requested to return. After more than 2 weeks they did not collect. It is clear they don’t want collect, don’t send a label for me to post, don’t say to where I should post, they simply don’t do what they promised. And they didn’t refund!! They cheat consumers.
I ordered EUR 100 worth of clothes at the start of July 2019 and 2 months later I am still awaiting a refund for non delivery (Their UPS courier company are useless and never leave any details to inform you if/when they try to deliver a parcel forcing you to be at home to receive it for a whole week effectively).I've spent hours on hold to the non existent customer service team, have sent a dozen chasing emails and demands for reimbursement after they admitted the order had been returned to them. It's been an absolutely terrible experience buying with them and will never do so again. A quick look on FB shows this is a common complaint. Avoid like the plague
Awful customer service. Placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes both of which were far too large for the size indicated on the website. Returned the shoes by courier and haven't received the refund from this company! It's already been nearly a month since they received the return! Their phone rings and rings forever and nobody answers. They don't respond to emails for ages. Avoid them if you can. The quality of their overpriced products is not worth the money you will pay for anyway.
