As my first time shopping with Ella James, I’m sad to say it’s not been the best experience so far. The wallpaper was out of stock initially so I asked when new stock would come in and I was told a few weeks. Then I looked on the website again a few days later and it was showing as in stock. So I ordered and paid for my x3 rolls. Then I got a phone call to say there was only x1 roll available! I’m still waiting for my delivery now.

I bought this wigwam for my grandchildren aged from 6 months to 9 years. It arrived promptly and I am delighted with the quality of the fabric and poles. It is a good size and I am sure the children will have many hours of fun while using it.

I bought a lovely baby gym from little Ella James via notonthehighstreet.com on 30th January. The delivery itself was very quick. However when I received the order, the box was smashed. (Inside was fine) It seemed it was the last one and it had been there for ages. The reason why I gave a star is I just found exactly same baby gym from Scandiborn.co.uk which is £50 cheaper... I understand each shop sells different prices but I was shocked... especially the baby gym seemed it was the last one. And they don’t have in on their website from notonthehighstreet.com. After I ordered... It is very shame as they have very nice collections... However they seem overcharged shop... it could be nice if the item was last one and told me the box was not good condition and I could decide what I wanted to do. I learned I should search before I buy something for next time. This £50 diffence was a good lesson.I don’t recommend to order from here if anyone buy something for presents.
