Dreadful behaviour

I booked online on the Emirates website, choose my seat after going through all steps including adding information.When I came to pay, it then told me 'i had an issue with my seat. I rang up and was told that my booking had not gone through and that to have the same flight same class same dates was now double the price. I think this is explotative, so our group changed airline. Shameful

Disappointing experience with Emirates...

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent flight experience on Emirates. We were subjected to a loud and rowdy hen party that was excessively swearing throughout. What's worse is that the flight staff continued to serve them alcohol, even serving them three drinks at a time. As a parent, it was frustrating to have to shield my children from this behavior.To make matters worse, our own service was subpar, and when I tried to reach out to customer service about the issues, they did not see a problem, as our safety wasn't compromised. Given the airline's reputation for outstanding in-flight service, I expected better. Unfortunately, this experience has soured my opinion of Emirates, and I would caution families and those looking for a peaceful flight to consider other options.

Rip Off & Poor Customer Service

I recently had a disappointing experience with Emirates Airlines. While on board, I reported a broken seat—a serious issue considering I had purchased six business class tickets, and one seat was not reclining at all. To document the problem, I took a picture of the seat. However, the purser, Catherine Kagwe, escalated the situation unnecessarily by falsely accusing me of taking pictures of the stewardesses’ faces, despite me clearly showing her that the image was solely of the damaged seat.Acting out of what can only be described as a “power trip” and failing to understand the basics of customer service, she called in the Emirates airport office manager and the police upon landing in Phuket International Airport, repeating these false claims. After reviewing the evidence, the manager dismissed the police, acknowledging that no inappropriate photos had been taken—but by then, the damage to my experience and dignity was already done. I have escalated the matter to my embassy.For an airline that prides itself on service excellence, this heavy-handed, inaccurate, and unprofessional handling of a simple complaint was both shocking and deeply disappointing. I expected far better from a brand with such a global reputation—especially when traveling as a premium customer.

Unacceptable Luggage Mishandling and Complete Lack of Accountability

I am deeply disappointed with Emirates and their handling of my recent experience. As a paying passenger, I entrusted them with my belongings, only to have two of my Samsonite suitcases severely damaged during my flight. One was split into half, exposing its contents, and the other had a broken handle, rendering it unusable.Despite providing clear evidence and reaching out multiple times, Emirates closed my case without offering any resolution. Their response was dismissive, citing "depreciation" and the lack of receipts as reasons to deny compensation. This is not just poor service—it's a blatant disregard for customer rights and property.I have since escalated the matter to higher management, but the lack of empathy and accountability remains unchanged. I am left without usable luggage and no compensation, all while Emirates continues to ignore their responsibility.I strongly advise potential passengers to reconsider flying with Emirates unless they are prepared to risk their belongings and receive no support in return.

My sixth time flying Emirates and each…

My sixth time flying Emirates and each time they seem to mess up the time on return to Dubai.First few times I loved it, the staff the A380s the food .I've noticed it going downhill slowly , staff are tired and often brush you off if you have a minor request .Initially I was dreaming of trying business class, but realise now 6 flights in im nowhere near any upgrade and feeling like a second class citizen .Come on Emirates tidy up your act a bit and also loyalty from economy class leads to keeping us on board .Think I'll try Quatar next time .

Extremely Disappointed – Still Waiting on £2,600 Refund

I’m heartbroken to be writing this, as I’ve always admired Emirates — but my recent experience has been beyond disappointing.I cancelled my flight from Edinburgh to Dubai a few years ago and was told a refund of £2,600 had been issued. However, this refund was sent to a card that was no longer in use, and I never received the funds.Despite chasing this up multiple times over the years and recently reaching out again, I’ve received no clear resolution and no refund to date.It’s deeply upsetting, not just because of the amount involved, but because I expected far better communication and care from a world-class airline like Emirates.I’m now left with no option but to escalate this further — which I had truly hoped to avoid.

Money and points gone. Soon my dad as well

My best mate transferred me his emirates points to me. It was in my account and then I wanted to book my flights a few days later and the points were gone. We've been waiting for weeks now after emialing and calling every day we get nothing but false promises.We will call you back (never happened), it will be solved in 48 hrs, 2 weeks later and we're still waiting.37.000 points gone, €550,- and i am not able to go and see my dad who is old and sick and I might not even see him in time due to this! You should be ashamed!

Fraudulent Transactions

Option given yo upgrade my flight with cash and miles. each transaction showed as declined but in fact they have charged my two cards a number of six times!!

Absolutely unbearable website

Absolutely unbearable website, impossible to book seats, upgrade flights, book driver (for business class) basically giving “technical errors” every step of the way. You cannot possibly think this is okay. Customer service are incompetent, spent 15 minutes trying to get a quote for a flight change. Honestly shocking that such famous airline would be okay with providing such service to customers. Appaling!
