THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!First, I had to say the ground staff of Emirates in Tehran are the worst of the worst. They are rude, arrogant and disrepectful. When I reached the customer service of Emirates to report my experience at Tehran's airport, they sent me an auto reply email and not even answering my questions. When I insisted why you do not answer what I am asking for, they sent exactly the same email over and over. Unbelievably unprofessional.
Last time i travel with Emirates, they successfully ruined a 30 year wedding anniversary and cut a holiday short, customer experience awfulReputation severely damagedI travel for business all the time and I am in the aviation imdusyry, this is the worst
This company is engaged in robbery in broad daylight. They want to be good at both service and flights but they fail at both. Money is the king and there is a board behind it that focuses on its own profit. I question whether it is actually safe to travel with this company.
On May 20, 2025, I flew on Emirates flights EK2471/DXB/EK203 from Tel Aviv to New York. One suitcase contained a personal computer, and the other had a monitor. Both items were securely packed in protective cases and bubble wrap.Upon receiving my luggage, I discovered that the packaging had been tampered with—the monitor was shattered, and the PC case had cracks, including a broken tempered glass side panel.I filed a complaint with Emirates' claims department, but they stated that the airline "is not liable for fragile items in checked luggage". However, it was evident that the luggage had been opened and inspected without my presence—there were clear signs of forced entry on the suitcases. Conclusion: Emirates not only handles baggage carelessly but also systematically ignores complaints. If you're carrying anything valuable, think twice before choosing this airline.Getting compensation will likely require legal action, which means wasted time and unnecessary stress.Avoid the hassle—consider alternative carriers.
Choose emirates as I was flying from Birmingham(uk) to Jakarta for two weeks in may. Check-in experience was nice and quick although I couldn't log my miles to the app. Flew economy, the flight was very nice food was good quality and the in-flight entertainment was really good. The change over in dubai was good and no problems with my bags. The way back from Jakarta was smooth as well, although a slight delay taking off but no problems in catching my connection to Birmingham. Will definitely use again for long distance travel. My only issue is the price for economy I think it's a bit pricey but you pay for what you get
Once upon a time Emirates Airline was famous for the customer services, now they are one of the sh...st in the market! I seriously do not know why they are charging so much and what is the difference between them and checp sh. airlines! They torn apart my laugage which I immediately reported at the airport in May 2025. We are at the end of Sep 2025 and it has been remained unsolved even after 7 times back and forth call. Now they claim the replacement has been sent and received! but they do not provide any evidence or proof and everytime sometime try to come up with a new excuse! This is robbery Emirates! shame on you!
Emirates are terrible. I have flown with them for so long, business class and economy. Lately I have had the worst customer service experience and they have also stolen some money of mine because they forced me to pay twice for seat selection due to their own error. When trying to speak with customer service they are rude and unhelpful. The email address I was given to send documents to is ignored. They have taken my money and have the worst service. Whay happened to you emirates? You used to be good. You have lost a once loyal customer. I will NEVER fly emirates again. To quatar it is.
Was denied boarding by the Airline manager Kulley due to my epi-pens. Found out beforehand what was needed paperwork wise so had everything. Had checked in and then was denied boarding and marked a "No Show" whilst standing there because of my medication. He even spoke to the person due to meet me there the following afternoon and told them why he was denying me boarding. I was to get a "Fit to Fly" letter from my doctor and only then was I allowed to fly. I had to then re-book my flight. Emirates have since refused to refund my ticket telling me that it's my agency's responsiblity to refund me yet it was Kulley who refused to let me board the flight. I have now taken this to the CAA and have lodged several complaints against Emirates. I would suggest everyone who has a problem to take it up with the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority)
Terrible experience. They wouldn't let me board a flight because my passport had a 'mark on it' (I'd used the passport in 15+ countries and never had any complaints before) and I flew to the same country on a different airline the day after. The said they sent an email to the immigration of the country I was flying to and they said no, however when I submitted a freedom of information request - not only did it take longer than the 90 days required by law, it also did not contain any email to or from the immigration. Based on what I have they didn't send an email and they likely had a full flight and needed to get rid of someone.
