What a terrible airline; I was traveling with my pregnant wife, and the airline was not only discriminative but insulting. Not to mention that the food onboard was below par; they showed no care for us or weren't bothered to assist when we needed extra legroom for my wife. To top it off, they delayed our flight by over 1h lost my luggage, and then forced me to go back to the airport to pick it up, and are refusing to compensate.WORST POSSIBLE AIRLINE, SWISS AIRLINES is MUCH better, avoid this airline at all cost if you want a pleasant and stress free experience.
I bought two Emirates Airline ( plus inter flight tickets) tickets for me and my husband to fly in April 2020. Emirates canceled our flights due to pandemic of Covid. Initially, I requested a refund during the year of 2020 but received no response. Finally in winter of 2022. There was an application to receive full refund due to Covid. I applied, submitted all bank information and had a good communication up until they received my routing number. Then all communication stopped. I have been waiting for three months now for my refund of my flight tickets that they canceled.  Initially, I wanted to plan another trip to the country of Dubai but now I’m having second thoughts because they keep your money. DONT TRUST, or FLY with EMIRATES, they will KEEP YOUR MONEY, leaving you holding your empty pockets.
On my return flight home from Kolkata to Dubai stop over, the Emirates website has no option for paying for extra baggage during online check in even though it mentions that passengers should do so to save money. The section was greyed out and unavailable.I ended up paying $270.00 Cad for one extra luggage at the Emirates counter during baggage drop off.I called Emirates customer service to complain and the representative said there is option because it’s a connecting flight from Kolkata.This makes no sense because on the way there i was able to pay only $100 Cad for an extra baggage on the Air Canada which is also a connecting flight. On top of that Emirates does not provide email or text updates regarding my online booking.Emirates has really bad customer service and I will never use this airline again.
Appalling service, or lack of. Upcoming flight, paid extra for selected seats to settle my pre flight anxiety. Checked my tickets earlier, they have moved our seats without telling us, no information sent about this or the refund we should be receiving for the original seats. Called them, no explanation for why we weren't informed. They won't do anything to compensate. Don't seem to understand anxiety. Not looking forward to upcoming flight at all.
Booked a business class seat which includes chauffeur pick up. Chauffeur arrived 15 mins early but then left to pick up another ride. Called Emirates support and was put on hold for 30 mins while flight was in a few hours. Lodged a complaint with Emirates and received a canned response. Emirates service is not satisfactory.
Brought two tickets for me and my partner I paid fully with my debit Visa card my ticket 1761604970131 and my partner e-ticket 1761604970132 my problem is they double booked my partner’s seat to another person as I paid nearly one thousand euros for this seat I asked to be refunded with no reply so emirates scammed me out of my money and they got paid twice for this seat , warning to other travelers don’t travel with emirates because you will be scammed like me zero customer care confirmation number M35XQBVery annoyed derek barcoe
Almost 3 hours Line for check-in to the flight from Manila to Dubai. That is a long time to ask the customers to stand in Line. I was travelling alone due to business, so couldnt leave for water or rest room. I Think I Will choose another Air plane next time.
The worst service ever had in my life. No respect for the customer, very rude staff wherever. I lost my duty-free things that cost £1000 because of the flight delay on December 2022 and they told me to stay one day inside Dubai and we went outside the airport, after the next day they do not allow us to take our duty-free stuff, It was Emirates' Airlines mistake and They not accepting the fault. I complained to Emirates that I got a reply from them today but No use.Please don't choose Emirates Airlines.
