Please...3 pieces....Veg lasagne inedible.sandwiches in bar area stale..Dubai to Manchester plane must be the oldest a380 in existence...Food tray broken,seat broken...Worn out upholstery, and carpets..Unhappy traveller to say the least..
I am writing to share my most horrific experience on a flight I have endured, as a seasoned traveler of 4 holidays international holidays per year, but first holiday with Emirates. My son, had vomited on a flight where my partner l had left his seat to request assistance. He had gone to the adjoining cabin where he was ignored nor acknowledged.My partner then proceeded to speak with an attendant, Victoria, who started serving drinks/ meal in our cabin, who came to assess the situation and then continued to serve drinks to other passengers and continued to ignore us.From my seat, I had tried to call out to Eva, who also was serving drinks/ meals in our cabin, however did not acknowledge us. I raised my voice to attract attention to no avail.Another attendant who walked past, I had called out to her shouting for assistance, who stopped and provided help.Both Victoria and Eva on separate occasions when approaching to serve us, had apologised and began to excuse their busy schedule but was unable to advise why they did not call for additional assistance. I am unable to fathom, why help was refused during our need for help? I spoke to a senior attendant, who proceeded to apologise and advised the approach taken is not protocol and should not have happened. Not further follow up.My son, vomited for a second time and Eva happened to witness my son vomiting however walked away to ignore the situation. Why has this happened? I am now anxious about the service we will receive on our inbound journey home, after spending alot of money on our holiday for a much needed respite from our busy and hectic life in London.
Today my mother had a ticket with Emirates airline but at the airport they said her name wasn’t on the list. It is while we had received the confirmation email if the booking from the airline. I contacted the application and they said the booking is canceled and the money is returned to your account!!! Without sending us an email!!! To they cancel tickets to sell them more expensive to someone else or what?! For whatever reason they do that, why don’t they inform the passenger that the ticket is canceled?! My mother suffered a lot today because of the inconvenience
Called Emirates holidays to book Mauritius holiday. Given price of £4,305. Flights and accommodation as requested . Paid deposit and received e mail confirmation only to be told after payment and confirmation that it was now £255 more. Shocking !! Was told options were to change flight ( 7 hour lay over ) pay or cancel. Ok cancelled out of pure frustration that a company like Emirates would be so underhand .I have sent CS a e mail yesterday as I still want the holiday.
Pregnant woman and I asked kindly if it’s possible to change my seat to aisle as I sat in the middle and because I use the bathroom often to not bother the other customers.Mariam(flight attendant)from Dubai to London EK015, which she completely ignored me and did not even come back to me to inform if it is possible to move my seat.And you do advertise if there’s anything you can do to let you know but unfortunately this is not followed
Very poor customer service went away and was told on plane on arrival to my destination emirates forgot to put my luggage on. Had to wait over 13 hours for it, which caused an inconvenience to myself. Have contacted them almost 3 weeks ago and still no reply.
I have never come across such rude ground staff and to my surprise it was Emirates Airline. They tried to force me to give my hand carry bag to luggage. To do so, they wasted my time, asked me to stand on the side and made me go and talk to lot of different people. They argue that I can not have hand carry bag and laptop bag separately. Being an IT professional, I have always travelled with hand carry bag and laptop bag (so please don’t think that I was carrying wrong size bag or extra weight).Mr. Tauseef was the only person who tried to resolve the issue. To make the situation worst another ground staff at the time of entering plane stopped me and pressurized me to board the plane with just laptop bag (which anyway going to be in my legroom). They made me stand on the side and let all the passengers board until Mr. Tauseef came and rescued me.On many occasions, I paid extra and chose Emirates for the service and comfort which seems to be a thing of a past. From now on I will never choose Emirates if I have an option. I will make sure to let my colleagues, friends and family know what I went through.Emirates Airline is not worth anymore.
