Crap flight. You pay highest of them all, and you get quality lowest of them all. Expensive flight with lowest quality.You not even allowed to bring a laptop on your hand, all needs to be in your 7 kg bag. You cant even purchase more. If you do anyway they charge you over 100 USD.Totaly useless flight. Book with any, but not Emirates. Its crap.
On my arrival to Heathrow Terminal 3 on 17th April 2023 at 7:45 pm, at the bag drop and check in, the desk at the very end was available so I went and Caroline staff member of Emirates airline who was eating behind the desk was very annoyed that she had to serve me and disturbed her meal while she was checking passengers and bags in. She asked where my destination was and other documents such as covid pass and visas, I provided everything as asked but she had a very poor attitude and I found her extremely rude to my family who were accompanying me to the desk in order to help me with my bags. She gave me long lecture about every document that she was asking to check and treated me awfully until the very end when my bags were checked in. I am on a few medications for cancer and diabetes. I explained all this to her but Caroline had no understanding and still carried on talking back with an extremely rude attitude. I explained to her that I’m travelling back home to attend a funeral, still no apologies for her bad behaviour. I am deeply saddened by this experience and distressed due to her attitude before my flight. I do not recommend Emirates as I flew back to the same destination 2 weeks before that with Turkish Airlines and had a far more pleasant experience.
I bought return tickets from Emirates for my 70 year old mum to come visit me. Everything about this flight and the service she received was horrible. Emirates packaged and marketed this as an Emirates flight but turns out part of the flight is operated by FlyDubai. Insanely long trip between terminals. You have to be driven 40 mins on a bus to one terminal, then another 40 mins to another one and then you eventually get on the flight.Moreover, Emirates cancelled the original return flight and almost forced my mum to wait 15 hours for transfer. I had to call and yell and beg 5 different people over hours and hours of phone calls to get them to change the flight free of charge. It was horrendous.Last but not least, they wouldn’t let us increase the baggage allowance in advance of the flight. Which meant that we had to pay A LOT more in the airport. There’s just no excuse for such horrendous service.NEVER flying Emirates again. This wasn’t a cheap/budget flight either, it cost a pretty penny. Avoid at all costs!
If you have a nut allergy this is EMIRATES policy. All meals served on board may contain nuts. We do not serve nuts as snacks. We do not ask passengers to refrain from eating nuts If unsure seek your doctors advice. OK we now know where we stand.There is NO GP/Doctor IN THIS WORLD WHO IS GOING TO ADVISE THAT YOU SIT IN A METAL TUBE FOR HOURS POSSIBLE SURROUNDED BY PEOPLE EATING NUTS IF YOU HAVE A NUT ALLERGY. If you travel against your doctors advice your travel insurance is null & void ( you are not insured).Just done 4 long flights with this company at best mediocre at worst extremely poor. 1hour 40 minutes from sitting down to being given a drink of water every excuse in the book given for poor service (including the one given to the lady behind me "I've been dealing with a passenger who has allergies that would be ME which took 15 seconds to tell me its my problem). Toilet not working in economy class ( Aviation advice to Airlines you need x amount of Toilets for x amount of passengers) No problems in first-class but not so good in economy Its a fact you get what you pay for. On Aircraft that can take ( depending on configuration)up to 800 passengers most of the 20 plus cabin staff are going to be where the money/Profits at. So for me this time its a poor for economy class.A point to note this Airline is extremely efficient at supplying meals with strict dietary requirements for passengers (just not nut allergies) on 2 of my last flights i had passengers eating nuts a few feet away took the required medical action for myself all fine. Not great Airline for economy passengers fine for the rest ( I've done both this time its about economy )
My eight year old son traveled as an unaccompanied minor from Nairobi Kenya on 7th April 2023 and landed in Orlando on 8th April. I was so worried but when I saw him handed to me, so happy and bubbly I knew I made the right choice. He probably had more fun than he would with me on board and they gave him VIP treatment complete with goodies and photos. I recommend this service 100 percent especially because you just book the adult ticket for the child and no extra cost!
EMIRATES AIRPORT STAFF AT AHMPOSITIVE FEEDBACK - CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK - BE THOUGHTFULWhat was their appearance like?Dhiman was patient, smiley and friendly. He is handsome and intelligent but very down to earth. Dhiman is highly personable and at my check in he was very helpful because I had a change of flight so I was very stressed. What did they do especially? Dhiman gave me a solution for the extra luggage I had because of my change of flight, in each and every way. He has a lot of patience because I am deaf and elderly and was returning home under special medical conditions. Dhiman always took the time and trouble of asking how I am.What is their actual job?He was on foot around the check in desks. What about all the other staff?The other notable staff were Jamal and Rameshwar and Aashka Mehta at check in desk. They were all very friendly and patient with me.All the other staff were very nice and obviously well trained by management. How was the set up of the customer area?All the amenities are clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Emirates have debased my Skywards miles. I bought them with a credit card. I travelled in Emirates from Mumbai to Dubai and Dubai to Mumbai. Amazing food, amazing flight as per its name but worst attitude of airhostess towards customer. Please change your airhostess staff. They only greet the people whom there really like.I missed my meal, the airhostess knew still didnt bothered to ask that should they bring my meal. I have to call the male flight attendant to bring my food. Other than that the behaviour of hairhostess was very rude during the Mumbai to Dubai flight.
