I really want to recommend Emma…

I really want to recommend Emma, but as a long time - and indeed paid up customer - they’ve neglected the basics. Month after month still have to recategorise regular transactions or relabel them, app doesn’t seem to ever learn. Some of the premium features are useful, but I’d try others.

Impossible to login and no real help

I changed to a new iPhone and have been unable to login to the Emma App, I’ve probably spent 2 hours attempting this. The reset emails do not each me. ‘Human chat’ doesn’t reply or ignores me when I say reset emails don’t reach me. I’ve now moved to another financing app. Please delete all my data so I can move on.

Slick UI

Slick UI, solid features including some auto transfer features to savings / investments. Nailed the categorisations when I first connected accounts which saved a lot of phaff.
