Review Time
Appalling service. My delivery was cancelled due to 'product not on truck'. I was then told it was at the back of the queue and they couldn't reschedule. Countless emails and phone calls later a package was carelessly thrown into my front garden. Unfortunately it was just one of my 5 items. I again phoned and phoned, was assured by Robel in customer service that he would get straight into the logistics team and phone me back within 30 minutes. He never called of course. Instead I start receiving emails confirming delivery of my order, others closing tickets raised for missing items and yet others asking for feedback congratulating themselves on a job well done. I still have received only one of my 5 items and will never use Emma again.
I ordered on black friday with guaranteed Christmas delivery and have been let down repeatedly by the customer service team and the logistics team. It's now 22nd Dec no delivery no reply back from my continuous phone calls. Apparently their customer service team cannot contact their logistics team directly. I've spoken to 5 different people from their team who said they would get back to me by end of day which never happens. I have to say the misleading timeframes promised before you give them your money is shocking then once the sale is processed you are passed from one person to the next with excuse after excuse. If I could give zero I would. I don't recommend anyone to buy.
