The mattresses are top tier and the overall experience was very good, the only down side was the delivery communication issue, I would receive an email stating a delivery date and time and I arranged for someone to be home at that time to take the delivery and the driver would turn up at a totally different time when nobody was home and the delivery had to be rescheduled. That is my only gripe.
Delivery was a nightmare, your email telling me the mattress had been dispatched indicated to me it was being delivered the next day. But it didn't arrive. That email is only an indication it is moving through the warehouse, I dont want to know this and it was misleading to me. Then when it was supposed to arrive from the courier it didn't and there was no explanation. Finally it arrived on the 3rd day I took off work for the purpose.I bought a bundle in the black Friday sale which included a double duvet, I use a king size on my double beds and all my covers are king size. No matter how much I pleaded with you there was no facility to swap out for the larger duvet. I wanted to pay the €10 difference but your system apparently could cope with this complication. Your suggestion was to cancel the order and buy them separately which would have cost a lot more and defeated the purpose of the bundle.Finally. I bought one of the most expensive mattresses you offer and simultaneously I bought a standard emma mattress in lidle. Think I actually prefer the much cheaper standard mattress.One point I will say is that I found your customer service very easy and prompt to deal with. Very polite, always apologising but at the end of the day the wernt able to do anything to help.
